This Privacy Policy explains how the Event Ticketing Platform and the organisers who sell tickets through it collect, use, and protect your personal data.

What we collect

When you buy or claim a ticket we store the name and email address you provide at checkout, together with the consent selections you make at that time. This data is held by the event organiser (the data controller) whose storefront you purchased from.

How we use your data

Your name and email are used to issue your tickets, send you order confirmations, and admit you to the event. Consent selections record what you agreed to, including any optional marketing preference.

Your rights

You may ask the event organiser for a copy of the personal data they hold about you, or ask them to delete it. When personal data is deleted it is anonymised: your name and email are removed, while the organiser retains the transactional records required for accounting and reconciliation.
